Once your order is placed, you cannot make changes and you cannot cancel your order. If you need to make changes, there is a $25 service charge. Double check before you submit your order.

We accept images in Jpeg and Tiff formats. Please submit RGB mode, 8 bit, and flattened files.

Files for Lambda prints must exactly 200 DPI or exactly 400 DPI and sized in a 1:1 print ratio to your desired print size. Minimum size is 8x10. For smaller sizes, please use our Machine Prints upload tool.

Files for Inkjet prints may be a minimum of 150 DPI to a maximum of 300 DPI and sized in a 1:1 print ratio to your desired print size. Minimum size is 8x10. For smaller sizes, please use our Machine Prints upload tool.

WARNING: Please do not name your files with special characters, periods (only use one period before the Tif), hyphens, or spaces. Doing so will prevent your images from uploading correctly and will crash our printer.

All Direct to Print prints will NOT be trimmed, unless specified in the Special Instructions at the payment page.
